Accu-List
Accu Weight-Loss "The Bead Diet" has an email support group to help connect current, past and future participants of the program. This is an email support group, not an on-line chat room. Once enrolled, you receive email correspondence from all members of the group and all members receive each email you send.
This email group is an invaluable source for information and inspiration.
The volume of email received can be high (as many as 50 - 100 emails a day). As such, we highly recommend you consider setting up a separate email account for Accu-List correspondence. Free email services such as GMAIL are ideal for this purpose.
